I am an authorised signatory of this business and have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf this business, and

  1. All invoices will be paid by the 10th of the month following the invoice date.
  2. All claims arising from invoices must be made within 10 working days
  3. All overdue invoices bear interest @ 1% per month on the unpaid balance.
  4. Title over the goods shall remain with The Rotary Club until full payment is made.
  5. The Rotary Club will be given three months’ notice if we wish to exit the project.
  6. In the event of default of payment when due, all costs of collection, including any legal fees and court costs, shall be paid by the applicant.
  7. Any credit extended to the applicant may be reduced or eliminated in the event The Rotary Club, in its’ reasonable discretion, determines that the applicant’s financial position or ability to pay is impaired.
